Inchelium Organic Seed Garlic

Beautiful, extra-large garlic! This softneck variety is known for its mild, delicious flavor and is great for roasting. It has been grown at Foothill for over 20 years after a garlic gift from Wild Plum Farm. Inchelium Red is a long-storing variety; the bulbs are large, and contain 30-40 cloves per pound for planting.
